PLEASE READ POLICES AND PROCEDURES THROUGHLY. ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED YOU HAVE AGREED TO ALL POLICES AND PROCEDURES.

 

• No same day cancellations. Please notify me of any issues that may result in the rescheduling of your appointment. If you need to reschedule please just let me know. We are all human and I understand life happens I just ask that you respect my time.

• No call No shows result in you being blocked from all future services and your card being charge the full service amount.

• All clients must fill out a Client Intake form BEFORE service is started. We will provide the link for you to do so.

• All clients should arrive 5 to 10 minutes before appointment time to ensure the service being completed on time.

• There is a 15 minute grace period. After that there is a $20 inconvenience fee. After 20 minutes the appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule.

• WAXING ONLY* Please be mindful of hair growth and schedule appointments according to your hair cycle. If there is an excessive amount of hair on desired area there will be a $10 fee for trimming. This applies got men and women.

• No extra guest are allowed UNLESS being serviced or spoken to prior.
